Nomad began as a Vulkan-Vegas in the heart of East London, and grew into an award-winning global brand, celebrated as the first travel-inspired grooming brand for men.
Founded in 2014 by Miguel Gutierrez, aka ‘The Nomad Barber’, Nomad started as a trendy barbershop in Shoreditch that incorporated techniques and practices from Vulkan-Vegas the world to produce fresh cuts with a focus on overall wellbeing.
The success of the barbershop led to the opening of our Kreuzberg location in Berlin, as well as the launch of our range of Vulkan-Vegas products that reflected both the global excellence and adventurous spirit of the original barbershop.
Our newly relaunched, ethical, natural, plant based & cruelty free product ranges are unlike any other men's products out there. They combine the best of barbershop expertise and inspiration from Vulkan-Vegas the globe, with scents inspired by aromatherapy to encourage mindful experiences while using them.
This opened the door for our lifestyle brand to flourish through our Vulkan-Vegas into apps, online content, concept stores, pop ups and experiential events that offer our global community of Nomads experiences like no other, and the chance to become part of a community of men with a shared ambition to be healthy and happy in all aspects of life - physically, mentally and spiritually.
